SHORT TERM PLAN
These are day to day plans that require due attention;
- To have all necessary academic accessories that will boost up academic excellency
- Installation of internet connection.
- To recruit and train enough employees.
- To expand and provide health insurance fund and services to all Uru Students and workers.
- To rehabilitate classrooms and staff quarters
- Repair of school water supply network
LONG TERM PLAN
These includes;
- Construction of multipurpose hall
- Construction of girls dormitory
- Introduction of A –level classes
- Construction of staff quarters
- Fencing school compound by concrete wall
- Construction of pavement ways
- Designing and developing school master plan
- Establishment of school commercial complex along Timbirini area
- Manage and control school fund and other resources.
